The Smiths provided a fantastic environment for my recent business trip. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and accommodated all my needs seamlessly. The staff was efficient in assisting with my presentation setup and were courteous throughout my stay. The location was ideal for my work, being easily accessible from key business centers in Scotland and the North of England.

Some amenities were underwhelming.

Location for the old Blacksmiths Shop, (wedding venue), 100 yards away, the facilities for wedding parties is second to none, and the staff are excelent

We recieved a warm wellcome by staff and we enjoyed our dinner in the evening.It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience that we would do again.

I was a bit concerned at the price of an alcoholic drink at the bar.I think that £4.10 for a Brandy is a bit steap, even before the VAT increase.This was the only complaint that I would make about my stay at the hotel.

Staying here was a refreshing break while heading to the Highlands. The spacious suite felt like a home away from home, and the evening meal we enjoyed was absolutely fab! It's also conveniently located near shopping and attractions, making it easy to explore the area after hours. The only downside was the breakfast selection, which could use some improvement.
